Nixorra Dashboard Setup and AI Reporting Demo
To get started, click Login on the Nixorra homepage. Next, click Connect Data Source and choose the Upload option for Excel files. Navigate through your folders, locate the BI Dashboard file, and click Open to start the upload process.
Once the upload is complete, click View on the newly added dataset. Then scroll through the preview table to inspect the rows and columns. Click Generate Visual and, in the modal, select columns such as Order Date, Category, Region, and Profit.
Then click AI Visual to generate a comprehensive dashboard. Explore the generated dashboard by clicking through the Trends, Comparison, Distribution, and Business Essentials tabs. As you move through each section, scroll down to review the charts and data visualizations.
Click the Visual Story button to generate a narrative summary of your data. Then scroll through the text insights to understand the key trends and highlights. Open the dashboard settings and go to the Seasonality tab.
Click Apply All Dimensions. Then close settings to view the seasonality trends and insights added to your visuals. Return to the Seasonality settings and select the Customer Segment, Dimension, and Small Business category.
Click Apply Category. Then review the specific seasonality report generated for that business segment. Next, return to the General Settings tab and toggle on Presentation View for a cleaner dashboard layout.
Customize the dashboard by switching between different chart types, including Area, Bar, Column, and Pie Charts. Use the navigation arrows to quickly jump between different sections of the report. Click the AI Report button.
Then click Generate to have the AI create a comprehensive written report with executive summaries and detailed findings based on your data. Review the generated AI report by scrolling through the findings and recommended next steps. When you’re ready, click the Download PDF button to save the complete report to your computer.
Finally, open the downloaded PDF in a new tab and scroll through the document to verify the report content.
